Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the seabet website accessible at seabet.org together with all services, games and features available on it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the seabet Platform.
• "Services" covers all games, betting, promotions, bonuses and other functions provided through the Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to deposits made by a Member in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or recognised cryptocurrency equivalents.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds credited as a promotional bonus that are subject to specific wagering requirements.

Any other terms not specifically defined here shall be interpreted in accordance with the context of generally accepted online gambling industry practice.

Member Registration Eligibility

To register and use seabet services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register as an individual for your own benefit and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or self-control programme imposed by a relevant authority.
• Not have had an account previously terminated by seabet due to fraud, bonus abuse or breach of terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the seabet Platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

seabet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian Members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The applicable financial conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.
• seabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions. seabet does not bear any currency exchange charges or third-party transfer fees.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

seabet offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions set for each promotion. The general terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500, subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, resulting in a balance of RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Or: a deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,500, resulting in a balance of RM3,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• seabet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if abuse or fraud in claiming promotions is found to have occurred.
• The VIP cashback programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with different weekly cashback percentages based on each member's activity level.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion. seabet reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.

Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Platform and fairness to all Members, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Owning or managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses through low-risk betting techniques specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising losses.
• Using an account to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Sharing an account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about seabet or its services.
• Any form of collusion between Members in games.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

seabet provides the Services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the ongoing availability, accuracy or reliability of the Platform.

• seabet is not liable for any financial losses incurred from use of the Platform, including losses in games.
• The Platform may experience temporary technical disruptions. seabet will work to restore service as quickly as possible but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
• Game outcomes generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live game providers are final and cannot be disputed by Members.
• seabet is not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in protecting their login details.

In any event, seabet's maximum liability to any Member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting seabet customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

seabet reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document or other related policies.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
• At the Member's own request as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for an extended period with no transactions.

In the event of account closure not caused by a breach of terms, any valid Real Money balance will be returned to the Member via an appropriate payment method.

Amendments to Terms

seabet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
